ARS §4-244 (40) It is unlawful…for a retailer to knowingly allow a customer to bring spiritous liquor onto a licensed premises…

What this means: Under Arizona law, we are unable to allow any customer to bring in or consume outside alcoholic beverages in guestrooms or anywhere on the premises. If any guest is found to be consuming alcoholic beverages purchased from outside the premises, the guest will be asked to leave the premises (without refund) and may be barred from any further entry into the hotel, the restaurant, and the bar, and may potentially be subject to other legal consequences.

As a place of public accommodation, the property also abides by the Smoke Free Arizona law (ARS §36-601.01) which prohibits smoking tobacco or cannibis in a public business. We have designated our parking lot as a designated smoking area. By state law, smoking anywhere outside od f designated areas within the property or guestrooms is not allowed.
